Count only what the retained evidence can identify.

This endpoint validates four distinct objects and fails closed unless GDELT Events, Web NGrams, IGRM first-party payloads and Natural Earth pass the registered human-signature gate. The current state is loaded from the machine artifact; static HTML never assumes authorization. Pre-existing source-specific endpoints have separate rights decisions, so this gate neither licenses nor silently retracts them.

No language model may promote an allegation, news row or detector window into a confirmed event state.

  1. Stable source identifiers and raw evidence lineage
  2. Cross-source resolution with declared independence groups
  3. Role-eligible evidence for every lifecycle transition
  4. Rights-approved source and decision snapshots
  5. Registered executable methods or signed manual decisions
  6. Externally verifiable signed release manifest
  7. Point-in-time revision log and correction blast-radius graph
