Status
This page is the instrument watching itself: each data source's latest
data day against a stated freshness window, the morning contract's measured record, and
the last evidence stamp from every pipeline lane. Everything below derives from committed
files — nothing is self-reported, and a stale source shows as stale by rule. The freshness
windows are operational expectations (source publish cadence plus fetch cadence), stated
in the payload itself; the morning contract is the only
promise, and its record keeps misses listed forever.
